Morrison Natural History Museum - The Morrison Natural History museum showcases 125 years of paleontology and research in the Morrison area. The museum features dinosaur bones and interactive exhibits.
Hiwan Homestead Museum – This museum is located in an authentically preserved 1890′s log cabin. The 17-room lodge houses local history exhibits and educational programs.
Humphrey Memorial Park & Museum – This museum park boasts 350 acres of property with an 1870 log cabin, an English garden, a terrace, a patio and other facilities. The property started out as a cattle ranch and the original log cabin is now on the National Historic Register.
Buffalo Bill Grave & Museum This museum is filled with artifacts honoring the famous western scout and showman William Cody; better known as “Buffalo Bill.”
Astor House Museum – The Astor House Museum provides visitors with a glimpse of life in 19th century Colorado. A gift shop is located on the premises.
Golden Pioneer Museum - Founded in 1938 as a WPA project, the museum houses artifacts from nearby archeological sites and pioneer days with emphasis on the years 1859-1930. The museum’s research library contains historical and genealogical volumes, documents, and photographs, a gift shop and free admission.
